I plan to use this website to share my wisdom with anyone who might be able to benefit from lessons I learned the hard way. In my case I mostly learn by trial and error, and sometimes that ends up being the hard way. Today we can tap into a vast amount of wisdom right from our fingertips. And now using AI based search engines the sources are endless. We should all take advantage of this vast pool of knowledge to make our lives easier.

You will learn from viewing pages on this site that one of my passions is music, recording, content creation, and playing bass. I have been playing bass since I was a young teen and continued to play off and on ever since. The photos to the right span the last 4 decades. I am currently not in a band or collaborating with other musicians so as a hobby I learn cover songs and record myself playing to either karaoke versions or over top of the original version. 

My professional career started out working in the automotive and trucking industry. I have over 17 years of experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing cars and trucks. In my mid 30’s I switched careers and started working in Information Technology as a systems engineer and throughout my career in IT I wore several hats.

Over the years I also learned you really need to pay attention to your lifestyle. We all need to make smart choices when it comes to, what you eat, fitness, exercise, stress relief, and getting proper rest to allow your body to flourish. I will also be posting some of the lessons I learned over the years and how I was able to lose over 90 lbs. and get into the best shape in my life.
